Whatley Manor, Wiltshire
Renovations and alterations to a grade 2 listed Manor House together with
extensions in traditional style, including oak trusses of various types, to
form a high quality country hotel and spa.
Work included appraisal of the existing building for condition and load
capacity, alterations to roof and floors to accommodate new levels and
modern services.
With basement / semi-basement construction immediately adjacent to grade 2
listed buildings control of movement in both short and longer terms was
critical.
